User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the Kexxel will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment’s content made.

Privacy
Kexxel respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of those persons participating in events organized by Kexxel and using Kexxel’s website and associated services. This Privacy Policy helps You to understand what Personal Information (as defined below) and non-personal information We collect, and how We use it.
This Privacy applies to the processing of Personal Information and non-personal information in connection with the Services and you should read this document before using our Services. If You do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not use our Services.
“Personal Information” refers to information, which allows you to be directly or indirectly identified as an individual person. We may also collect “non-personal information” meaning it can’t be used to specifically identify anyone. Non-personal information may also result from removing the personally identifiable parts from Personal Information. We collect and use both types of information and combinations of both types.
Payment Terms
Upon return of the completed registration form, full payment is required within 10 working days. Payment must be received before the commencement of the event or a Letter of Undertaking is to be signed. All payments must be executed within the terms herewith irrespective of attendance.
Cancellation Options
Provided payment has been made, you may opt to choose the following options:
- To send a replacement delegate at no extra charge.
- To get a credit voucher which you can use in any of our events (no expiry).
- To cancel, a fee of 50% of the total investment is to be paid to Kexxel Group.
If Kexxel Group cancels the Event due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Kexxel Group (such as acts of God, acts of war, governmental emergency, labour strike or terrorism), Kexxel Group shall refund to each attendee its payment previously paid, minus a share of costs and expenses incurred, in full satisfaction of all liabilities. Kexxel Group reserves the right to cancel, re-name or re-locate the Event or change the dates on which it is held.
If Kexxel Group changes the name of the event, relocates the event to another event facility within the same city, or changes the dates for the event to dates that are not more than 30 days later than the dates on which the Event originally was scheduled to be held, no refund will be due to attendee, but Kexxel Group shall assign to attendee, in lieu of the original space/ seat, such other space as Kexxel Group deems appropriate.
If Kexxel Group elects to cancel the Event other than for a reason previously described in this paragraph, Kexxel Group shall refund to each attendee its entire registration fee previously paid. As such, Kexxel Group reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/ or topics if necessary. Any substitution or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
Buy 3 and get the 4th for free promotion is subject to Kexxel Group’s discretion. In case of no show on the event day, the free attendee is assumed to have cancelled his/her seat and full payment is required as per invoice. Upon receiving this booking form, you the client hereby consent to Kexxel Group to keep your details for the use of future marketing activities.
Refunds will be processed immediately, based on the payment method used. The refund process and time period are different for each payment method:
- Credit Card/Debit Card: Payment will be credited to the card used within 30 working days, depending on the card-issuing bank.
- Online Banking: Payment will be credited to your account within 30 days of working days, depending on the bank.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unauthorized duplication, redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the content in any form in connection to the event is prohibited without the written consent of Kexxel Group.
